A: Yes. We have an experienced design and manufacturing team. Share your ideas, colors, texture and target use, and we turn them into a producible specification.
Q: How long to get a sample?
A: After sample charges are paid and confirmed files are received, samples are usually ready for express delivery within about 3–7 days. Use your own courier account, or prepay shipping to us.
Q: Can you accept payment through Alibaba?
A: Yes, we support Alibaba trade assurance payment in addition to regular T/T and other agreed terms.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on order quantity and season. We suggest starting the inquiry about two months ahead so production can be planned without delay.
